高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)射(she)(she)流清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)清(qing)(qing)(qing)淤(yu)(yu)技(ji)術是(shi)現如今最廣泛(fan)應用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)清(qing)(qing)(qing)淤(yu)(yu)技(ji)術。該(gai)技(ji)術主要采用(yong)(yong)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)射(she)(she)流清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)車(che)(che)進行(xing)清(qing)(qing)(qing)淤(yu)(yu),通(tong)(tong)(tong)過高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)車(che)(che)把(ba)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)中堵塞的(de)(de)(de)淤(yu)(yu)泥(ni)(ni)沖刷到污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(排污管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao))或(huo)雨水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)檢查井,再(zai)通(tong)(tong)(tong)過專用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)清(qing)(qing)(qing)淤(yu)(yu)車(che)(che)或(huo)清(qing)(qing)(qing)淤(yu)(yu)泵對淤(yu)(yu)泥(ni)(ni)進行(xing)清(qing)(qing)(qing)理。高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)射(she)(she)流清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)車(che)(che)裝備有大型水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)罐、機動(dong)卷管(guan)(guan)(guan)器、高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵、射(she)(she)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)噴頭(tou)等(deng)(deng)。操作(zuo)時(shi)由汽(qi)車(che)(che)引擎驅動(dong)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)泵,將(jiang)(jiang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)后送入射(she)(she)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)噴咀,具(ju)有高強度壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通(tong)(tong)(tong)過高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)噴嘴的(de)(de)(de)小(xiao)孔,再(zai)將(jiang)(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力能(neng)轉換為(wei)動(dong)能(neng),從而形成具(ju)有高速沖擊力的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)射(she)(she)流,依靠高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)射(she)(she)流產生的(de)(de)(de)反作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)力,使管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)噴頭(tou)和高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)膠管(guan)(guan)(guan)一(yi)起向(xiang)相反的(de)(de)(de)方向(xiang)行(xing)進,同時(shi)清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)壁(bi),噴頭(tou)噴出的(de)(de)(de)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)流可將(jiang)(jiang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)內壁(bi)殘留的(de)(de)(de)污垢、沉積物等(deng)(deng)沖到下游(you)檢查井,再(zai)由吸(xi)泥(ni)(ni)車(che)(che)將(jiang)(jiang)其吸(xi)走。采用(yong)(yong)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)射(she)(she)流清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)清(qing)(qing)(qing)淤(yu)(yu)技(ji)術具(ju)有安全、工作(zuo)效率高、環保無污染、應用(yong)(yong)范圍廣、節能(neng)等(deng)(deng)優(you)點。 正因如此,高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)射(she)(she)流清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)清(qing)(qing)(qing)淤(yu)(yu)技(ji)術近年(nian)來(lai)得到廣泛(fan)應用(yong)(yong)。高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)射(she)(she)流清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)清(qing)(qing)(qing)淤(yu)(yu)技(ji)術可適(shi)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)DN80~DN1500管(guan)(guan)(guan)徑的(de)(de)(de)各類污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)、雨水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)和工業管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)。
絞車清淤技術
絞車(che)(che)清(qing)(qing)淤(yu)(yu)技(ji)術也(ye)稱作機(ji)械清(qing)(qing)淤(yu)(yu)技(ji)術,這是常(chang)用的(de)(de)(de)一種清(qing)(qing)淤(yu)(yu)技(ji)術。這種技(ji)術使用TT片(pian)(pian)(pian)穿過需(xu)(xu)要(yao)清(qing)(qing)淤(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)道(dao)段(duan),TT 片(pian)(pian)(pian)兩(liang)(liang)端都(dou)系上鋼絲繩(sheng),在(zai)清(qing)(qing)淤(yu)(yu)管(guan)段(duan)的(de)(de)(de)兩(liang)(liang)端檢查井(jing)上各(ge)(ge)設1臺(tai)絞車(che)(che),兩(liang)(liang)根鋼絲繩(sheng)上另(ling)(ling)一端都(dou)系在(zai)絞車(che)(che)上,利用絞車(che)(che)來(lai)回(hui)往復(fu)絞動(dong)(dong)鋼絲繩(sheng),帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)TT片(pian)(pian)(pian)將淤(yu)(yu)泥(ni)刮到(dao)下(xia)游檢查井(jing)內,從(cong)而使管(guan)道(dao)得(de)到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)清(qing)(qing)通。絞車(che)(che)的(de)(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)力(li)可(ke)以是靠(kao)人(ren)力(li)手動(dong)(dong),也(ye)可(ke)以是機(ji)動(dong)(dong),這要(yao)根據(ju)實(shi)際情況而定。絞車(che)(che)清(qing)(qing)淤(yu)(yu)技(ji)術適用于(yu)各(ge)(ge)種直徑(jing)的(de)(de)(de)下(xia)水管(guan)道(dao),特別是對管(guan)道(dao)淤(yu)(yu)塞比較(jiao)嚴(yan)重、淤(yu)(yu)泥(ni)己粘結密實(shi),用水力(li)清(qing)(qing)通效(xiao)果(guo)不好時(shi),采(cai)取這種方(fang)(fang)法效(xiao)果(guo)很好。但(dan)這種方(fang)(fang)法不足點是,從(cong)一個(ge)井(jing)口向另(ling)(ling)一個(ge)井(jing)口送TT片(pian)(pian)(pian)需(xu)(xu)要(yao)人(ren)工下(xia)井(jing)完成,如(ru)井(jing)下(xia)工作條件惡劣,工作環境不佳時(shi)會給工人(ren)工作帶(dai)來(lai)極大的(de)(de)(de)不便甚至可(ke)能引(yin)發事故,所以一定要(yao)倍加注(zhu)意安全。至于(yu)清(qing)(qing)淤(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)工具,其種類(lei)繁多,可(ke)根據(ju)實(shi)際情況選用。這是一種老(lao)式(shi)清(qing)(qing)淤(yu)(yu)方(fang)(fang)法,雖(sui)然具有一定的(de)(de)(de)歷史年限,但(dan)是目前也(ye)比較(jiao)常(chang)用。
鉆桿破碎清淤技術
鉆(zhan)桿破碎(sui)清淤技術是我(wo)宏遠易通公司研(yan)發(fa)部門(men)根據自行研(yan)究(jiu)創新的一項技術,它采用(yong)現有(you)的一種工(gong)(gong)具進(jin)行加工(gong)(gong)改造(zao)成(cheng)而成(cheng)。它適用(yong)于(yu)因施工(gong)(gong)不(bu)當水泥混凝漿流(liu)入管道內而凝固時(shi),高壓水射流(liu)清通不(bu)了時(shi)。
水沖刷清淤法
水(shui)(shui)沖刷清(qing)淤一(yi)(yi)般通(tong)過(guo)能擋(dang)水(shui)(shui)設(she)備(例如:氣囊(nang))把管道中的污水(shui)(shui)阻擋(dang)在其裝置的上游(you),為(wei)水(shui)(shui)位(wei)達(da)到一(yi)(yi)定高(gao)度后便放水(shui)(shui),使上游(you)水(shui)(shui)形成水(shui)(shui)流來清(qing)除管道內的沉積(ji)物。沉積(ji)物沖走后,這個(ge)裝置就向下游(you)移動一(yi)(yi)段位(wei)置,再(zai)進行集水(shui)(shui)清(qing)淤。這種(zhong)技(ji)術效率(lv)不(bu)高(gao),所(suo)以,應用不(bu)廣泛。
